•  Only businesses who are connected with the wedding industry in some way and so have a wedding related website, will be listed in our Wedding Professionals pages. There are no exceptions to this rule.

•  Any other traders must be local to Ross-on-Wye to appear in our Ross Locals section (i.e. Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Monmouthshire)

•  A reciprocal link must be on your website before we will publish your link.

•  Your linking page must accurately reflect your description content.

•  We do not allow links to sites that generate pop-ups, at all. Website's that have pop-up's will be refused a trade link by default.

•  We regularly check links to ensure they are not dead, and remain pop-up free. If our link has been removed or you have implemented pop-ups on your site, your link will be terminated.

•  We reserve the right to refuse any requested link, particularly if we feel the website's material is unacceptable i.e. don't bother if you run a pornographic or casino website, as these are deleted by our spam program directly off the server.
